This is a blue  4600C4 High Speed fishing reel in mint condition.  The original.  It is in excellent working condition. Gear ratio is 6.3:1  Line capacity  lb/yds  10/170  12/140  14/115   The foot is dimpled and has the number 070114/45.  This is in mint condition, as seen in the pictures. This reel would make an excellent addition to your collection.
