I have had the privilege of fishing and tinkering with many flagship reels both JDM and domestic. Through many years testing modifications, tuning, and various lubricants, I have learned to enhance the performance of even the most high-end casting reels. With each and every reel I receive, I clean, polish, and "super-tune" to its utmost capabilities. I also install as much performance-enhancing parts as desired: carbon fiber drag washers, ABEC 7 hybrid-ceramic bearings, extra bearings, handles/knobs, etc.

While this is ALL done for one low fee, unless you only want bearings and/or drag washers, I do require you to provide the additional parts you would like installed (i.e. handles, gears, line guides, etc). This is not a reel repair service and I will not order replacement parts for broken reels. The main reason for not ordering any manufactured replacement parts is because I do not want ANY reel sitting in my possession, waiting possible weeks for parts to arrive. My goal is to have reels finished and on their way back to customers within 3 days! 

I highly recommend carbontex drag washers and custom ABEC7 spool bearings from Matt at biggreenfish.com. I highly recommend Tungsten Disulfide Grease, Daiwa Space-Age Grease, and Quantum Hot Sauce oil and grease, but will re-lube with your choice of lubricants. If you desire any specific, high-dollar lubricant (i.e. hedgehog studio micro sphere oil), please send with reel. I use Cal's Universal Drag Grease for wet drag installations. For reels with stainless steel spool bearings, I HIGHLY recommend TSI 301. I have fished reels over 9 months without re-oiling spool bearings with this stuff and they still cast LONG and QUIET. It beats having to re-oil every 2-3 weeks with traditional lubricants, and the performance is much better in my humble opinion. It is very expensive stuff, and if you choose TSI 301, it  will be an extra $3. This is the perfect way to ensure your spool bearings are in top shape for at least 6-9 months! I do not recommend it for ceramic spool bearings at all.

Shipping is a flat rate of $14.80 for one reel and $3 per additional reel. All packages insured for $500. If you are sending multiple high end reels that each require separate insurance, it will be $14.80 per reel. Note, I only service  freshwater baitcasting reels, meaning I will not accepts spinning reels or huge saltwater reels. I also must decline all Shimano Calais (200 and DC) reels due to time restraints. Extremely dirty reels may be an extra $5 as it can take up to 3 times longer than an average reel. All shipping will be 100% insured via USPS Priority. My service turnaround is 3 business days!
