BrainSoftware wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide within 7 days of receipt that you do not want the product you purchased, you may return it for a refund or exchange as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.

In order to receive a refund, you must contact us before returning your product.   Damaged items will be exchanged for the same item only.  In the event that the same item is no longer available, a refund will be given once the item is returned.  Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt.  As stated above, you must contact us before we can exchange the item.

A $1.00 shipping discount is given for each additional item purchased from BrainSoftware in the same order.

PayPal requires us to ship only to the address found in the payment.  We cannot ship to any address found in the payment notes or in a separate email.  If you would like your purchase to go to an alternate address, you must add that address to your PayPal account first, then select that address when making your purchase.

All items are shipped USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL Standard Delivery at the discretion of our suppliers.  Requests for specific shipping companies cannot be accepted.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes.Standard delivery is available to the lower 48 United States only.  Orders are filled within 1-2 business days and normally take 5-10 business days for delivery.

Please allow 12 business days from purchase date (1-2 business days for domestic handling time and 5-10 business days for arrival time) before emailing BrainSoftware with questions regarding the shipping status of your item.  Please note, business days are those days Monday-Friday.
