The Facts: The Daiwa Liberto Pixy is a Japanese Daiwa reel with a low profile body; Magforce V braking system with an external adjust dial; and ultra light Duralumin spool and gears. Created for finesse fishing, the Liberto Pixy series comes in 2 styles, the Airy Red (shown) and the Silver Mica.

the pixy reel is a great finesse reel in a small package with allthe top of the line components like the giga spool and magnesium body and with the weight of 5.75 ounces also the pixy has 9 bearings i have used this reel mainly for throwing senkos and texas rigged worms i have this reel rigged with a st croix elite rod and my whole set up is a mere 10 oz this is one great reel also this reel has a nice drag for such a small reel len
